    What a lovely video and a great insight into how you work with your customers Steve. Its wonderful to see businesses like Baileys Travel take the time to sit back and re-configure their customer journey. We live in a world now where this is the ONLY way to differentiate yourself from your competitors – put your customer’s experience first and they will always put you first on their buying minds.

      Thanks for the note Shelley. It was a very brave and insightful move by Chris at Baileys to undertake this work with his team. He recognised that a) Customer Experience is very important to long term success and b) that his team were not where they need to be. Interesting, as well as increased staff engagement and productivity, he is seeing a not inconsiderable financial uplift already. Win win for his business and his customers.
