‘Really thought provoking – tipped sales v’s customer service on it’s head’

‘Interactive, open & honest group discussions and exercises which got us thinking outside the box and challenging how we currently do things in store.

‘Practical task really useful – visit an eatery and open up all of our senses to the surrounding and whole experience-just could’ve done with a bit longer but this was recognised by Steve on the day.’

‘Steve was the perfect host for the training – had a calm and organised manner, very good at getting the process across and encouraging group to think differently. Also a very good listener who understands some of the challenges we face in other areas but was able to offer reassurance with a solution focused attitude.’

‘Slides & example scenarios were all relevant.’

‘We had a really good, interactive group on the day and shared some really useful feedback in general.’
